The “E” in DEI is Equity, ensuring fair treatment, access, and opportunity for all, while striving to identify and eliminate barriers that may prevent the full participation of some groups or individuals. The “I” is Inclusion, the act of creating environments in which any individual or group feels welcomed, respected, supported, and valued to fully participate.
