We welcome all runners, walkers, wheelchairs to the race. We also need volunteers to make this event a success — email justi[email protected] if you can help by being a course marshal to help participants stay on the course or help with registration.

Register at https://www.runtheday.com. Children 18-and-under are only $20. Adults are $30. Every participant who registers by July 4 is guaranteed a comfortable soft T-shirt that has become wildly popular.

All proceeds benefit the Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Center in Jenkintown which provides a local link to humanitarian aid to Ukraine, and the race benefits the brave firefighters of Abington Fire Company
